About Us
The North Pole Palooza is an event produced by the Extraco Events Center Staff. The Staff visited several other Facilities in Texas and Nevada that hosted Christmas Events, and thought "Hey, why don't we bring this back home to Waco?!" Thus, the North Pole Palooza was born. Our Staff knows events, and it's our hope to create an experience like no other for you and the family to enjoy during the holiday season.

TICKETS are available ONLINE only. There are no Gates or Box Offices at this event, you must purchase your ticket online via the button above. (Children under 3 do not require a ticket for entry.)

Ice Skating, Snow Playground, and Photos with Santa will be first come first served. ALL SKATERS MUST FILL OUT A WAIVER prior to skating. Fill yours out ahead of time to save time!

ICE BAR - If you plan on visiting the Ice Bar, bring your own heavy Jacket and Gloves. It's COLD in there. We have beanies, gloves, and hoodies available for purchase on site, but you are more than welcome to bring your own! 🙂
