How old do you have to be to skate?
Ages 4 and up can skate. Anyone under the age of 18 must have Parent or Guardian sign their Liability Waiver before they can enter the Skating Rink Area.
Can I leave and come back to skate later?
You can skate as much as you want inside the North Pole Palooza, but if you exit the Facility and return, your ticket will no longer be valid.
Is outside Food and Drink allowed?
No - there will be food and drink available for purchase inside the North Pole.
What items are not allowed inside the North Pole?
We enforce Clear Bag Policy at the Extraco Events Center, and all small bags or diaper bags that are not clear will be subject to search. More info on Extraco's Policies can be found here.
Are pets allowed?
No - this is an all indoor event, so pets will not be allowed inside the Facility.
